About the role
As part of our production team, you'll be responsible for producing highly technical print and embellished labels at high volumes. This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified printer to join a global organisation and further develop skills on modern printing and graphic design equipment.
We're seeking Trade-Qualified Flexographic Printers who take pride in their craft and enjoy working within a skilled, collaborative team. If you're passionate about precision, quality, and innovation in printing, this is the role for you.
We have an exciting 12-hour night shift opportunity available, working across 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) .
Duties include
* Operate advanced printing technology to complete client orders to a high standard, meeting production targets and timelines.
* Maintain and troubleshoot machines with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
* Inspect components and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.
* Uphold quality assurance standards and accurately maintain production records.
* Provide guidance, training, and support to Assistant Printers, helping develop team skills and capabilities.
About you
* Trade-qualified (Certificate III in Print or equivalent).
* Proven experience with Flexographic (Flexo) printing, particularly self-adhesive labels.
* Experience with highly embellished labels is an advantage, though not essential.
* Previous experience in a printing or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks as required.
