Our client is a respected construction company delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects across the Perth metro area. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality, they're looking for a Site Supervisor to lead multiple projects and ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.
Role Overview
You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This role suits someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate site activities across multiple projects.
* Ensure compliance with OH&S and company standards.
* Oversee all site operations and manage site labour effectively.
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
* Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in construction or refurbishment supervision.
* Trade qualification or relevant construction background.
