Design Leader
As a key member of our design team, we are seeking an exceptional senior design architect to collaborate with our directors and contribute to the development of innovative design concepts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and design skills to effectively lead and manage design teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Undertaking early design work on local and international projects of large scale
* Conducting feasibilities and yield studies on key sites
* Overseeing the design direction of the practice
The right candidate will have hands-on ability to develop sketch directions for feasibility/concept stages, input in management decisions and business development, and mentor junior team members on design development. Strong design and masterplanning skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate design strategy effectively.
Requirements
* Relevant architectural qualifications and working rights
* Registered Architect
* Proven experience working on relevant projects including Multi-residential
* Ability to review, analyse, and make recommendations regarding designs, plans and specifications
