Responsibilities
* Introduce newcomers to our platform and help them set up for optimum performance.
* Support customers with both simple and complex issues, guiding them through our applications and ensuring rapid success.
* Train clients and their teams, demonstrating capabilities and best practices.
* Showcase advanced features that increase efficiency and improve client experience.
* Manage administrative tasks such as logging requests and interactions in the Salesforce Service Cloud.
* Collect and share industry and sector knowledge with Product and Marketing teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
You've spent the last 3–4 years in roles that involve customer support and client training. You are organized, attentive to detail, proactive, and possess strong troubleshooting and initiative skills. You thrive in a global environment, enjoy diversity, and may speak additional languages.
Role Essentials
Fluency in writing and speaking English & Japanese is required. Additional languages are a plus.
