You'll report to the Merchandise Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch by delivering outstanding customer service and efficient support. Your efforts in processing sales, receiving and dispatching of products, managing stock control, and providing exception customer support are vital to our branch's success. Each day is a chance to make a meaningful impact and drive our business forward. About You: We are seeking an individual who thrives in a team environment and exudes a positive, can-do attitude. You will focus on safety while executing your role with precision. The perfect candidate will have solid experience in customer service, inventory and stock control and possess the ability to handle pressure gracefully. Essential requirements include a current driver’s license. A forklift ticket will be seen as advantageous, or you must be willing to obtain a forklift ticket.
