Job Description
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will utilize your clinical reasoning skills to provide support to individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.
You will take a holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals.
* Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body, such as AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW. You should also hold tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work. Australian Citizenship is also required.

* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal.
* Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
* Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded.
