**The Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an instructional designer to work within a project team on a major technology implementation transformation program.
You will be required to;
- Assist the Training manager with the development of training manuals, online e-learning and instructional video design end to end.
- Interpret process and system configurations to write content from a perspective of a new user.
- Engage SME's and relevant stakeholders along the journey.
- Facilitate train the trainer sessions.
**Ideal characteristics for role**:
- Knowledge of managing an elearning from start to finish - discovery/requirements gathering, storyboarding, developing, reviewing
- Any field training/ training operational staff on a new system
- Experience with Transformation Project Teams
- Facilitation and/or train the trainer experience with superusers/SME's
- Knowledge of relevant documentation tools - Articulate, Camtasia, Office Suite, MS Teams
- Good coordination and communication skills ; organised and able to work logistics for the various training delivery stages
- Team player
