This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation and to have a real positive impact for all Queenslanders.Key responsibilitiesProactively develop strong working relationships with customers and develop a partnership approach with all stakeholders to ensure durable return to work outcomes;Be accountable for claims costs, durations and claim outcomes;Proactively educate and support customers on a broad range of premium and case management services and ensure they are kept fully informed about their policy and claims;Work together with Claims Determination and panel lawyers to assist employers with strategies to prevent injuries, minimise claim durations and encourage stay at and return to work end-to-end;Assist with all claims management activities to ensure consistency and efficiencies are achieved for customers using an end-to-end approach;Develop ways to achieve long term employment outcomes on every claim.Skills and knowledgeThe ideal candidate will have:Experience in claims management or roles that involved a combination of administrative tasks and relationship management;Backgrounds in insurance, banking, lending, property management, or complex customer service will be highly regarded;Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively;Relationship and rapport-building abilities to work effectively with a range of stakeholders;Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations;Ability to interpret legislation and apply it effectively in your role;A proactive, self-driven approach to managing and resolving cases.How to applyFor more information or a confidential discussion please email Callum Bowie at u&u on quoting reference number 39767.At u&u Recruitment Partners, we value diversity, equity and inclusion.
