**About the role**
We are looking for a passionate person in the role of Activities Officer to empower and engage with our Residents to maximise their participation in Leisure and Lifestyle programs.
Our focus for residents is what best suits their individual needs and wants, our Activities officers facilitate this through:
- Participation in the development, implementation and assessment of therapeutic plans
- Supporting residents to engage in their leisure and lifestyle choices and activities
- Supporting staff and volunteers in provision of leisure and lifestyle programs
**The location**
Bolton Clarke Centaur is located close to the white sandy beaches of Caloundra on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The Centaur community provides high-quality age care in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in an Aged Care or supporting Residents with lifestyle and leisure programs
- Cert III in Aged Care is essential.
- Clear English communication skills
- Professional, friendly and collaborative work style
- Values driven individual with a passion for Aged Care.
