We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Colonnades Shopping Centre.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to manage a close-knit team of 5–7 in a fast-paced store environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve strong sales results
Mentor, develop, and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals
Act as the brand ambassador, working closely with regional management and head office to ensure consistent brand delivery and adherence to promotional plans
Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to drive growth
Oversee stock management, deliveries, and replenishment processes
Maintain high visual standards, executing store layouts, window displays, and in-store styling to align with brand guidelines and seasonal trends
