Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Support Officer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and actively participating in the delivery of complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Technology Operations Team in accordance with ITSM Incident & Problem Management processes
* Actively participate in a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions achieving agreed outcomes
Requirements:
* Demonstrate experience or the ability to quickly learn ITIL Service Management processes (primarily incident / change / configuration management)
* Relevant qualification or an understanding and working knowledge of relevant technical domains such as End User Computing Environment, Hardware (including Laptops, Desktops, Display Screens, Printers, Bar Code Scanners) and Windows Operating Systems would be well regarded
