About this Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced EUC Network Support Specialist to provide on-call technical support across various client locations in Australia. In this full-time role, you will diagnose and resolve desktop and network hardware issues, perform installations, and collaborate with remote teams for effective issue resolution.
* Detect and troubleshoot desktop and network hardware malfunctions
* Perform equipment installations and configurations
* Communicate effectively with remote teams to ensure timely issue resolution
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical role
* Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting
* Fundamental knowledge of networking principles
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Willinsss to travel for work
