The work at Child Protection can be challenging and complex but also very rewarding. we are looking for an Admin Officer who can use IPM,EMR and Health Roster to support our team as well as work alongside our other Amin Officer who works full time.What You'll Be DoingThe main purpose of position (but not limited to) is to work on central intake phone line and conduct patient registrations using iPM and eMR (CHOC). The Administrative Officer Level 3 will provide timely and accurate administrative / transactional services for members of the Child & Family Health team under the direction of the Nursing Unit Manager. The Administrative Officer Level 3 will work under broad supervision but will be required to take some independent action. Scope exists for exercising initiative in the application of established work practices and procedures.
