Our client is looking for an experienced automotive candidate to join them in their coastal dealership, situated in the north of Western Australia. The site was taken over by new owners a few years ago and in that time has enjoyed steady growth. The dealership features a great selection of brands, with more on the way. This role will report directly to the owner and will work closely with them, with a focus on the front-end of the business. Vehicle sales are typicall around 50 to 60 new cars per month, with excellent growth potential in used cars. To be considered for this position, candidates must be able to show that they have successfully managed dealership operations previously, or that they have been a senior member of a dealerships management team, with the cumulative experience to step up and lead operations in your own right. The Dealer Principal is open to candidates coming from either a sales, or operations background. They feel that to get the most out of the area, candidates should be gregarious, enjoy outdoor activities like boating, fishing, camping, 4wding etc. The area is heavily into sporting activities, so candidates will need to be comfortable being involved in local clubs and events.
