Sales Representative - Gladstone (Automotive)

With over 465 direct sales staff selling to 56,000 customers nationally, we are proud to offer a comprehensive range of tools, fasteners and consumables, as well as systems and service solutions.

Working within the Automotive division, you will be selling our extensive product range to existing customers in Gladstone and surrounding suburbs, while also building a new customer base and contributing to the company's growth strategy. This role may require some overnight travel (approximately 5 nights per month).


Job description

* Maintaining and growing an established customer base
* Actively seeking new business opportunities
* Building strong working relationships and rapport with customers
* Liaising with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries
* Working to sales and customer KPIs


Requirements

* A Full drivers license
* The passion for sales, resilience, and results‑driven mindset
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build long‑term relationships
* The ability to work autonomously, be highly organised and self‑motivated
* The willingness to learn and desire to succeed
* Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience
