UPM Plumbing & Excavations have an exciting opportunity for Full time Plumber/Gas fitter position with Immediate start. Covering the Northern & Western Suburbs of Adelaide, Two Wells, Mallala, Virginia, Gawler and Adelaide Plains & surrounding areas. All Employee's are on above award rates. We do a wide range of work including Commercial / Domestic / Industrial covering general maintenance, gas, to septic systems and small civil works with Earthworks as well. We are looking for someone that takes pride in there work, is self motivated, reliable and enjoys working in a team environment. More then one position available, willing to consider Part time or Casual applicants as well.
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
* New Installations/Replacements of Hot Water Units - including repairs and maintenance
* Blocked drains and repairs, Understanding of Drainage systems
* Locate burst water pipes & repairs
* All aspects of Plumbing & Gas fitting Maintenance - leak detection, repairs and maintenance in both Commercial and Domestic environments
* New installations of Stormwater and Pump systems
* New installations of Wastewater/Septic systems
* Aerobic Wastewater Systems repairs & maintenance
* Bathroom Renovations and Upgrades
* Gas & hot water boiler systems
* Backflow prevention & testing
What we are looking for:
* Current Qualified Plumber & Gas Fitter with PGE License, and White card
* Able to work in both Commercial and Maintenance applications and will need to be able to communicate with clients
* Have the ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Be Reliable, Motivated, with a Good work ethic and attention to detail
* SA Driver's License
Advantages but Essential
* MR or HR Truck and/or any Machinery license (skid steer, excavator, backhoe)
* Aerobic Wastewater Treatment/Servicing
* Backflow Prevention experience
