As a Restaurant & Bar Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our operations, guiding a small but passionate team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences for every guest.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, creating exceptional food and beverage experiences for every guest.
* Lead & Inspire: Motivate, train, and develop the team, fostering a fun and energetic atmosphere that encourages growth and collaboration.
* Drive Excellence: Implement staffing strategies that meet both service quality and financial targets.
* Brief the Team: Keep the team informed about menu highlights, promotions, dietary needs, and any special guest requirements.
* Support Growth: Assist with the induction, training, and development of new team members, and conduct performance discussions.
* Resolve Guest Concerns: Handle escalated guest complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
