Lead a Team of Insurance Professionals
We are seeking an experienced team leader to lead and develop a team of account executives and assistants.
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, overseeing renewals, quotes, and complex client placements, and collaborating with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial insurance broking, strong leadership or mentoring skills within a brokerage environment, excellent attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
As a team leader, you will drive team performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence, while contributing to strategic growth initiatives and continuous improvement.
About You
* Proven experience in commercial insurance broking (SME / mid-market focus)
* Strong leadership or mentoring skills within a brokerage environment
* Excellent attention to detail and strategic mindset
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or working towards completion)
