Job Description
Live your dream job as a Project Manager with the Winslow Constructors team based in the Ballarat region of Victoria.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will:
* Manage residential and commercial land development projects
* Manage and respond to tenders for new construction projects
* Guide a team of junior engineers assigned to your projects
* Lead project compliance in accordance with the Business Management System
* Oversee project planning and programming tasks
* Manage and build client and subcontractor relationships
* Deliver projects in conjunction with the field supervisory team
* Review and act on performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates
* Mitigate and act on project performance issues
* Report production costs daily, weekly, and monthly
* Oversee the procurement of plant, equipment, and materials for projects
