Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.
The OpportunityYou'll support our customers with payment solutions, providing outstanding customer service, investigating and monitoring daily transactions and client behaviour to mitigate loss and prevent fraud. You'll do this through the delivery of a range of financial services functions including Settlement & Reconciliations and Operational Reporting. This role is exciting and fast paced, and we're looking for someone who's ready to make a real positive impact to our valued customers.
