This is a great opportunity for brand managers to take ownership of 3 homeware brands in a family-owned business.
You'll join a lovely team: I've recruited the hiring manager, the other Brand Manager and the ABM. They're a heritage retailer that has gone through a DTC transformation and needs a Brand Manager with a digital-first mindset. It's a full-time, permanent role in the western suburbs of Melbourne, offering $110-120k + Super and flexible Fridays.
Requirements
* Brand Marketing experience in retail or FMCG is essential
* Experience creating and implementing digital and social brand campaigns in a retail environment is needed
* Drive the growth of 3 homewares brands that have a good presence in-store but now need to attract customers online and a younger demographic
* Hands-on marketer who's proactive and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are needed in a hectic family-owned business
* Leadership skills to mentor ABM (dotted line) and manage agency relationships
* An interest or passion for the homewares and lifestyle category is a bonus
* Established retailer that's going through a digital transformation
* Work with a great team and a brand new in-house studio
* Excellent salary package and flexible Fridays
