About the Role
As a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality and compassionate care to patients across our health service. You will work as part of a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team, applying your developing clinical expertise to provide evidence-based nursing and/or midwifery care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build on your foundational skills, consolidate your knowledge and grow your capability through ongoing professional development, hands-on experience and mentorship from senior clinicians.
You will be accountable for providing care that aligns with professional standards, policies and best-practice guidelines, while ensuring respectful and patient-centred interactions at all times. * Qualifications & Registration
Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.
* Clinical Capability & Experience
Demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice aligned to professional standards, with a commitment to safe, evidence-based care.
* Communication & Teamwork
Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and support consumer-centred care.
* Professional Knowledge & Adaptability
Sound understanding of nursing scope, standards, legislation, quality improvement systems and a flexible, innovative approach to care delivery in dynamic healthcare settings.
