About the Role
As a Manager in Training, you'll work alongside your Store Manager to coach and lead a sales team while delivering exceptional in‐store experiences. You'll be hands‐on in day‐to‐day operations, driving KPIs, and helping create a vibrant, high‐performing team culture. This is your launchpad to a career in retail leadership — combining structured learning, real‐time coaching, and opportunities to step into leadership when the Store Manager is away.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product expertise
* Achieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals
* Championing our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
* Contributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits
* Creating a protected, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for your team and customers
* Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation
What We're Looking For
You're passionate about people, performance, and jewellery. You lead from the front, thrive in a fast‐paced retail environment, and know how to inspire a team.
* 1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience
* Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity
* A love of coaching others to succeed
* A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections
* Ability to work within a 7‐day roster including weekends and late trade
* A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride
