What you'll be doing?
1. Prepare accurate cost estimates: You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for demolition projects.
2. Develop detailed project plans: You will develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
3. Manage all aspects of demolition projects: You will manage all aspects of demolition projects, including resource allocation, site supervision, and stakeholder communication.
4. Identify and mitigate potential risks: You will identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
5. Collaborate with the wider team: You will collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
6. Ensure projects are completed to the highest safety and quality standards: You will ensure projects are completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
