**What you will enjoy about this role**:
- Managing mixed portfolio of commercial claims, predominantly property/ISR, strata, and liability
- Working closely with the brokers and discussing claims strategy
- Meeting clients face-to-face with more complex claims
- Reviewing technical reports from loss adjusters, and engineers and ensuring the information is in line with the claim
- Using your technical expertise to go through policy wording and negotiate with the insurer
- Working on declinatures and revisiting the policy
Managing around 130 claims
- Working within a supportive claims team.
- Using your strong problem-solving skills
