About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting both warehouse operations and customer service functions. You'll be responsible for coordinating order fulfilment, managing transport bookings, handling invoicing, maintaining accurate documentation, and acting as a key point of contact for customers and delivery partners. The role also involves assisting with warehouse duties when required, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving, and working closely with a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate order fulfilment, invoicing & transport bookings
* Manage customer enquiries, delivery updates & issue resolution
* Oversee pallet management, returns, quarantine and faulty product credits
* Complete stock counts, documentation filing & consignment uploads (MyFreight)
* Review and approve freight invoices
* Plan metro delivery routes & book courier services
* Support warehouse operations when required
Requirements
* 2–3 years' experience in warehousing/logistics & customer service
* Intermediate–advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Experience using SAP or similar ERP system
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy & organisation
* Excellent communication & teamwork skills
* Safety-focused with good time management
* Willingness to assist in warehouse operations when required
