Lecturer in School of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation
This position is based in Australia. Lecturer – School of Accounting, Auditing & Taxation at UNSW Business School. Employment Type: Full-time – 35 hours per week. Duration: Convertible Tenure Track.
Remuneration: Level B from $127,947 to $150,830 plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading. Location: Kensington Campus, Sydney, New South Wales.

Responsibilities
Manage and deliver innovative and effective teaching in accounting, auditing, and/or taxation.
Develop and maintain a strong research profile with high-quality impactful outputs.
Pursue external research funding opportunities.
Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate research supervisions.
Contribute to curriculum development and educational excellence.
Engage with industry and professional communities to enhance impact and relevance of research and pedagogical activities, and contribute towards improved professional practice and societal progress.
Contribute to operational and strategic activities of the School and a positive collegial environment.
Qualifications
A PhD in a related discipline.
Demonstrated track record of, and passion for, conducting high-quality impactful research that will publish in the highest-quality internationally renowned journals, with potential to contribute towards improved professional practice and/or societal progress.
Evidence of an ability to supervise undergraduate honours students and contribute towards the supervision of postgraduate higher-degree research students.
Evidence of an ability to develop a capacity to effectively seek external research funding and support.
Evidence of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence.
Experience using educational technologies and online delivery methods.
