We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Supervisor to join our team at the Hibiscus Tavern / Bill's Bar & Grill in DARWIN NT. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our thriving hospitality establishment. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a senior management capacity with at least 2 years experience
The role:
Lead shifts, support the team, and oversee front-of-house and gaming operations — ensuring every service runs smoothly and delivers a great customer experience.

* Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
* Developing and implementing effective operational strategies to drive profitability and growth
* Overseeing and coordinating the work of all departments
* Leading and motivating a team of dedicated hospitality professionals
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and laws
What we're looking for
* Extensive experience (2+ years) in a similar management role within the hospitality industry that includes gaming machines.
* A proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability
* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field. Must have RSA/RSG/Gaming Machine Manager License.
* Availability to work rotating shifts including days, evenings and weekends as required
* Australian permanent residency
