The Opportunity This is a crucial role ensuring engineering projects are completed within budget. You'll achieve this by providing accurate cost estimates, conducting cost analysis, and identifying cost-saving measures. Working with Government Agencies, Asset Owners and Tier 1 Contractors you will directly impact some of our region’s most significant Infrastructure and Building projects whilst benefiting from great work/life balance, good remuneration WFH options. About You Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field At least 8 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record in managing multiple projects You will be demonstrating: Accuracy and attention to detail in costing, estimating, and project documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in addressing project challenges. Effective communication and collaboration in team environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost management and forecasting. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders. Familiarity with construction methodologies and measurement standards A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for site visits Preferred: Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, AIQS).
