**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide security and crowd control services at designated locations
- Ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and patrons
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations
**Qualifications**:
- Hold a current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller function
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
**Additional Requirements**:
- Access to your own car or reliable transport (due to varying work locations across the Gold Coast)
- Australian working rights
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends on a rotating roster
- Physically capable of working a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 12 hours per shift
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- High standard of customer service and personal presentation
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the Security or Traffic Control Industries
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Training will be provided for new and inexperienced guards

Pay: From $31.59 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
Licence/Certification:
- Queensland Security Licence (required)
- Crowd Control function on your Security Licence (preferred)
- Responsible Service Alcohol Certificate (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
