They are based in Collingwood and have a significant impact on the local community, through the provision of crucial health services.
Committed to improving community health and wellbeing, they are now seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dedicated team, in a newly created role.
This position will offer one day work from home post the onboarding process.
Job Description
* Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to the team and wider organisation.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Assist in the recruitment process for all levels of roles.
* Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive organisational culture.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and industry standards.
* Support performance management processes, and assist with training and development initiatives.
* Contribute to team meetings and professional development opportunities.
* Carry out any other duties as required, in line with the role of a Senior HR Advisor.
The Role
A key aspect of this role will be to provide guidance and support to employees and managers on a range of HR-related matters.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
This includes assisting in the recruitment process, managing employee relations issues, and promoting a positive organisational culture.
In addition, you will ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and industry standards.
You will also support performance management processes and assist with training and development initiatives.
Furthermore, you will contribute to team meetings and professional development opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:
* Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR advisor related role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level problem-solving skills.
* High level of EQ.
* Experience in managing a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
