About Swan Hill
Australian Christian College – Swan Hill campus (currently known as Swan Hill Christian School) is a K–6 school located just minutes from the town centre in beautiful rural Victoria. Subject to final approval by the VRQA, the school will soon transition to becoming the fifth campus of Australian Christian College Victoria, joining a network of Christian schools committed to educational excellence and authentic Christian community.

About the role
Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced educational leaders for the position of Campus Principal.
The Campus Principal is responsible for maintaining and developing the positive culture and community of the school, ensuring students have access to high quality teaching and learning. The role is supported by the Corporate Office with finance, HR, marketing, IT and building projects being provided by CEM. The Campus Principal's role will be to grow and lead the School producing a strong Christian teaching culture of high quality. The Campus Principal will be expected to generate the momentum required to move the School forward, building positive relationships within the school and wider community.
This full-time position is expected to start either Term 4 2025 or Term 1 2026 (open to negotiation).
The position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for identity, rights to teach in Victoria, Australia, and child protection in accordance with CEM policy.
Requirements

You will be a spiritual and educational servant-leader who seeks the good of others.

* experience in educational leadership;

* a teachable spirit, marked by self-awareness, openness to feedback, and a focus on the good of the team; and,
* the ability to relate well to others, building strong, respectful, and collaborative relationships across the school community.

Your referees need to be people whose knowledge of you as a leader is up-to-date. Referees are to include:
* The senior pastor of your local church
* If you hold a current leadership role, the principal of your school
* If you hold a Principal’s position, your current chair of the school board
Applicants must:
* Demonstrate an active Christian faith commitment
* Hold suitable teaching qualifications
* Be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT), or be eligible for registration if coming from interstate.
* Demonstrate evidence of performing successfully in leadership positions in Christian schools
* Provide satisfactory referees
