Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for new and returning patients — in‑clinic, over the phone and via email.
* Educate patients on CPAP equipment, ensuring they feel confident, comfortable and supported throughout their therapy.
* Maintain equipment cleanliness and compliance, keeping the clinic running smoothly and safely.
* Promote our trusted products and services while working toward KPIs that reward strong service and consultative selling.
* Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint.
Your Profile
* Experience in retail, sales, customer service or healthcare, especially in KPI‑driven or consultative sales environments.
* A warm, confident communication style that puts people at ease.
* The ability to work independently, stay organised and manage a clinic with professionalism and care.
* Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating Google Suite or similar systems.
* A genuine interest in sleep health and helping others improve their wellbeing.
