The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Manager – Food to join Crown's Procurement & Supply Chain team. Responsible for shaping category strategy, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering measurable value, this role partners closely with senior stakeholders and suppliers to optimise cost, quality, supply continuity and sustainability outcomes.
* Developing and executing Food Category strategies and procurement plans aligned to business and resort needs
* Leading strategic sourcing activities, optimising cost, quality, delivery standards and supplier performance
* Driving supplier consolidation, commercial negotiations and the development of strategic supplier partnerships
* Leading, coaching and developing a high performing procurement team with a strong performance and engagement culture
About You
You will bring deep category expertise and a strong track record delivering value through strategic sourcing. You're an influential communicator who can operate comfortably at both a strategic and operational level, building trusted relationships across the business and supplier network. Experience working with food categories is essential for this role.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline
* Experience in Category Management, Sourcing and leadership within hospitality, Food, FMCG or a strategic procurement environment
* A proven track record of delivering sustained cost savings and value creation initiatives
* Strong influencing, negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
* Excellent communicator able to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
