We are looking for a dynamic Technical Projects & Solutions Specialist to be the crucial link between our sales ambition and flawless project execution. You will be the technical go to person, your expertise will empower our sales team to win business, your project management will ensure we deliver on our promises, and your technical knowledge will build unshakeable customer trust all with a sharp focus on driving profitable growth.
What your day would look like:
* Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with sales and customers to design creative, value-engineered solutions that win tenders and meet critical requirements.
* Lead from the Front: Take ownership of key stages for major projects, managing timelines, technical coordination, and stakeholder communication from design to commissioning.
* Drive Commercial Success: Use your deep industry knowledge and excellent negotiation skills to help close deals, protect margins, and identify incremental sales opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
* Get Hands-On: Provide vital on-site technical support, installation guidance, and service to our contractors and end-users—no issue is too complex.
* Shape Our Strategy: Keep your finger on the pulse of the commercial construction industry, analysing market trends and competitor activity to keep us ahead.
* What You Bring to the Team:
* Proven experience in a technical, project-based role within the commercial construction industry or a related technical sector.
* Strong project management skills, including practical experience with CAD software and estimating.
* A blend of sound technical knowledge and sharp commercial acumen you understand what it takes to win and deliver profitably.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with everyone from site technicians to boardroom executives.
* A detail-oriented, proactive mindset and proficiency in MS Office.
* The drive to not just support, but to actively implement and drive sales strategies
