Sales Execution: Confidently implement the Mazzucchelli's Sales Framework to drive results and deliver memorable experiences.
Commercial Focus: Champion a results‑driven culture by guiding the team toward meeting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and store budgets.
Strategic Focus: Align daily store activity with broader brand and sales strategies to meet business targets.
Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and purpose‑driven team culture where individuals feel supported and valued.
