We're looking for warm, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House team members to join our Fremantle venue. As part of our close-knit team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to every guest, maintaining smooth daily operations, and helping create an atmosphere that feels welcoming, calm, and connected.

About the Role
As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of Alchemy – greeting guests, managing bookings, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly during your shifts. You'll balance operational duties with genuine customer care, helping every guest feel at ease and supported throughout their experience.
You'll also assist with maintaining venue standards, supporting the Supervisor and Venue Manager, and contributing ideas that make the Alchemy experience even better.
What You'll Do
Customer Experience & Relationships
* Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
* Ensure all customers have a positive, memorable experience.
* Build rapport with regular members and make new guests feel comfortable and informed.
* Handle customer queries and feedback, escalating complex issues when required.
Daily Operations
* Take ownership of the venue during your shifts to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and session timings efficiently.
* Maintain Alchemy's high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
* Monitor sauna and ice bath use to ensure safety and hygiene.
* Complete opening and closing procedures as rostered.
Communication & Teamwork
* Handle enquiries in person, by phone, and through Hubspot.
* Work collaboratively with FOH colleagues, Supervisors, and Venue Managers.
* Support effective shift handovers and communicate important updates clearly.
Safety & Incident Response
* Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
* Respond appropriately to incidents, completing required documentation and escalating where needed.
Ad Hoc Duties
* Support additional operational or customer service tasks as directed by Supervisors or Venue Managers.
