We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our award winning Service Department. As the Warranty Administrator, you'll serve as the essential link between our Service Department, workshop and the manufacturer.
Happy staff and customers are the Life, Joy and Future of our business, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are kept well informed at every stage of the service process.

Key Responsibilities, skills and attributes include
* Good computer knowledge, ERA, Pentana would be an advantage
* Prepare, submit and track warranty claims to Nissan guidelines and close the repair orders
* Liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Workshop Foreman to confirm documentation accuracy
* Provide administrative/customer support to the Service Manager and Advisor team
* The ability to work in a team environment
