Job Role
- Estimator required to carry out Sales and Production Estimating.
- Can provide training in Sales or Production if required.
- Sales tender documents, variations, Bill of Quantities, take offs and measurements.
- Supplier liaison and negotiation.
- Salary between $90,000 and $120,000 plus super.
Duties
- Preparation of sales tender documents.
- Preparation of tender documentation.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) take-offs, materials and labour costs.
- Source new trades.
- Manging RFI's.
- Procurement.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or any other related field.
- Proven experience of estimating for residential projects or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of the BCA / NCC and Australian Standards.
- Understanding of construction materials, methods and techniques.
- Experience of estimating software such as Databuild, Cubit, Buildertrend etc.
