Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative based in Perth, WA. In this role, you will focus on generating and following up on sales leads, managing customer accounts, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance sales. By working closely with customers, you will play a key role in delivering superior service and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and close sales opportunities.
* Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide excellent support and build long-lasting relationships.
* Experience in Account Management to manage client portfolios effectively and drive business growth.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
* Proficiency in relevant CRM systems and basic computer literacy.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
