Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels of food preparation area and kitchen equipment
- Meal and food preparation for patients as per recipe guide
- Maintain food stock levels
- Maintain regular daily temperatures of refrigerators and freezers as per food safety standards
- Implement Food Safety Program
- Liaise with management and facility staff
- Lead, supervise, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
We are located in Bronte, close to Bronte Beach and Bondi Junction.
There is free onsite parking available.
Selection Criteria:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cooking (preferred)
- Good working knowledge and understanding of HACCP regulations
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required
- Available to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Experience in hospital or hotel food service workplace preferred
