Our client is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the world. Based in our Sydney office and working **Monday - Friday (38 hours per week),** you will be responsible for coordinating and administrating our client activities and distribution of team point of sale. Main responsibilities of this role will include, but is not limited to:
- Manage point of sale allocation from client to distributor to be delivered on time in full and accurate to field team/store addresses
- Develop and manage operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
- Communication management and supervision of client and field priorities, weekly focuses and call time principles
- System management and liaise with Business intelligence and IT on systems related issues relating to P&G program
- Supervision of Planogram Operations to ensure 100% on time booking and completion of client planograms

**Key selection criteria**:
- Previous experience in Sales based role in Retail, FMCG or Merchandising.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Valid driver licence and reliable car
