An excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to progress into an Area General Manager role within 2–4 years. We are looking for a commercially astute and inspirationalField Sales Manager (FSM) to lead a team ofTerritory Sales Managers (TSMs). This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and a passion for developing people and driving performance.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop the individual capabilities of the sales team to drive the execution of the defined area sales strategy.
* Providedirect line management to a team of TSMs, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
* Develop and implement a clearMarket Strategy Plan (MSP) to guide regional sales efforts.
* Take ownership ofhigh-value key accounts, including those outside your immediate geographical area.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities to gain a competitive edge.

* A track record of managing key accounts and delivering results.

Key Account Management

* Drive the delivery of high quality TSM Customer Management Plans (CMPs) for existing and potential new customers that achieve mutual business objectives
* Take ownership of larger value key accounts which may extend beyond their geographical boundary.
* Identify strategic and key business opportunities with key influencers in major customer account segments
* Effectively maintain and develop relationships with key influencers in major customer account segments
