- Know and follow all procedures and formulations for preparation of all mixes.
- Know and follow all procedures for lighting up ovens and setting at correct temperatures.
- Complete all all appropriate forms, for example, waste sheets, weights, batter temperatures and reason(s) for waste. Sheets must be dated, signed and handed into the office at the end of the shift.
- Complete, date and sign Stocktake sheets
- Ensure that all product standards, specifications and quality checks are adhered to at all times.
- Report any hazards or malfunctions of equipment being operated on to the Department Supervisor of Manager.
**About you**:
- Experience in Food Processing Industry
- Hygiene and Food Handling certificate
- Basic mechanical understanding
- Education to Year 10
- Strong safety focus, working in a team environment
- Must be punctual, reliable, and highly motivated
- Sound communication skills
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
