The role
Job Role
Working closely with and reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of the retail store team and often serve as the primary point of contact for customers. You'll combine customer service skills with product knowledge to ensure shoppers find exactly what they need.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service
- Guiding customers through the design process
- Ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed, maintaining store stock levels
- Collaborating with other team members to keep the store running smoothly
- General housekeeping to ensure the store is always presentable
- Participating in training and personal development sessions
- Adhering to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Experience within a similar environment (retail or sales)
- Availability to work full‐time hours across a rotating roster
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience with enthusiasm and energy
- Good computer skills and eagerness to learn the Stratco design process
- Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
