This is a key role in our high-performing customer service and administrative team, dedicated to supporting a safe and thriving student residential community. The Campus Accommodation Operations Officer focuses on managing accommodation processes, including enquiries, applications, offers and all aspects of resident arrivals and departures.
Responsibilities
* Respond to enquiries and provide advice on matters related to accommodation or guidance on servicing the needs of residents.
* Provide exceptional service and participate in the marketing and promotion of Accommodation activities and services.
