**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Producer. As a key member of our Breakfast Show, you will be responsible for developing engaging content that creates unforgettable moments on-air and across social media.
**Responsibilities:**
* Create and manage scroll-stopping content across platforms.
* Enhance the show with audio editing skills.
* Source and help coach potential contributors to the show, including interviewees and callers.
**Requirements:**
You will need to have a passion for storytelling and creating impactful content. Experience in radio, podcasting, or media production is essential. You should also have social media and sound editing skills, as well as organisational skills and a collaborative spirit.
