Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to own high-value client relationships, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build your own high-performance sales team.
You will be responsible for owning and growing a multi-million dollar portfolio of clients across aged care, healthcare, and construction sectors.
* Closing complex, high-value deals involving Nurse Call, Access Control, and Smart Communications
* Identifying new verticals and opportunities such as hospital groups, developers, and facility management firms
* Collaborating with our leadership team to refine value propositions and drive marketing impact
* Traveling to meet clients and convert opportunities across metro and regional areas
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT, healthcare tech, security, or communications
* Proven track record of leading the entire sales process from lead to close
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ambitious and motivated by success and commissions
* CRM-savvy, pipeline-focused, and proactive in managing targets
