ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Richmond team are currently recruiting a Quality Performance Manager, responsible for leading our reassembly and detailing team to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll oversee quality inspections post-repair and paint, ensure all work meets Repairhub standards, and manage final quality checks before customer handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the team to drive performance and quality outcomes
- Conducting detailed quality inspections and final handovers
- Managing rework and rectification processes to achieve customer satisfaction
We're looking for someone who values teamwork, quality, and customer experience, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Previous experience in a similar site leadership position will be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience within the Collision repair industry is essential, with Trade qualification in either Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly advantageous.
- Drivers Licence
- Appropriate Australian working rights
