You will manage a team of 7 Service Technicians, ensuring that services are delivered safely and efficiently while supporting client relationships and operational performance.
The role involves overseeing maintenance activities, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating service delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong field service management experience and HSEQ knowledge.
This position offers a salary of up to $150k plus super, alongside a fully maintained vehicle and other benefits.
